I. Material Selection and Processing

Raw Material Quality Control:

Select high-quality PE materials, ensuring sufficient thickness, toughness, and impact resistance. Avoid using recycled materials or fillers to reduce damage caused by material quality issues.

Raw materials should be free of contamination; avoid the introduction of impurities and harmful substances that could affect product quality.

Additive Use:

Add appropriate amounts of toughening agents or impact-resistant agents as needed to improve the material's toughness and impact resistance.

During PE film manufacturing, appropriate tackifiers or tackifying masterbatches can be added to improve the heat-sealing strength between films.

II. Production Process Control

Heat-Sealing Process:

Sufficient curing is essential to ensure the adhesive fully hardens, improving the composite film's strength and heat resistance.

III. Equipment Maintenance and Care

Production Equipment Inspection and Maintenance:

Regularly inspect and maintain the production equipment to ensure normal operation and accuracy, avoiding product quality problems caused by equipment malfunctions.

Check the equipment's tension control system to ensure proper tension matching and control of the composite substrate, avoiding quality problems caused by residual stress.

IV. Storage and Usage Conditions

Proper Storage:

PE bags should be stored in a dry, ventilated, dust-free warehouse, avoiding direct sunlight and high temperature and humidity environments to prevent material aging or deterioration.

Proper Use:

During use, follow the standardized operating procedures outlined in the instruction manual for loading, unloading, and use. Avoid rough handling and excessive stretching that could cause damage.

V. Quality Monitoring and Testing
